Polarity Yoga refers to gentle exercises and postures which were designed by Dr. Stone as self-help techniques to either calm or activate the individual’s energy, as needed, in order to promote overall balance and wellness.

Exercise is fundamental to increasing body awareness and self-awareness for the purpose of building and maintaining health.
Any Polarity Practitioner can teach Polarity Yoga.
